The issue you are facing: I get an error message when I try to access my NC Dashboard from desktop or mobile, or run any of the NC apps on my phone, see below error message from desktop. NC is running on a hosted VPS. I have no or limited admin knowledge, so not sure where to start with debugging this (or how to find out version of Ubuntu, Apache etc.). I am able to access the server via sftp and ssh.
Any suggestions for where to start?
