Internal server error due to wrong permissions

Yesterday I recently had to replace my UPS and I noticed that my TimeZone was incorrect in my Unraid Dashboard. So I updated it to the correct settings and did not think anything else of it. This morning I try to connect to by Nextcloud and get the following error

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report. More details can be found in the server log.

I check the log file and only see the following error:

The environmental variable TZ has been set which is not supported by AIO since it only supports running in the default Etc/UTC timezone!

I am having trouble resolving this issue. Thanks in advance.
