Integrity error while upgrading from 30.0.1 to 30.0.2

While upgrading in the Nextcloud GUI from 30.0.1 to 30.0.2 the updater replies a integry failure. After retrying to upgrade, I see

Step 5 is currently in process. Please reload this page later or remove the following file to start from scratch: /var/nextcloud_data/updater-oclsi7ly2yff/.step

After waiting 30 minutes, deleting .step I repeat to update. The message aooears again.

How to solve this problem?
