Intégration LDAP/AD, groups not synchronized

Hello,

I activated LDAP synchronization, my users are all present but no groups (however, groups are well detected).
I’m on Nextcloud 18
Active Directory (Windows server 2019)

This is a bug in current Version.
Please check this.

I will Hope this should be fixed in 18.0.4
