Verwendet wird die Offizielle Nextcloud VM von techandme.
Ubuntu Server 18.04.2
Nextcloud 16.0.3

Wie kann ich das beheben?

Lade Dir die offizielle Nextcloud 16.0.3 Archivedatei herunter, extrahiere die .user.ini-Datei und kopiere sie in das Nextcloud-Stammverzeichnis als Ersatz fΓΌr die existierende Datei.
