Integrate an ics file into the calendar continuously

Hello everyone,

I am writing to you for a somewhat special request. I have an .ics file in the root of my Nextcloud that is updated once a day. I can integrate this file into my calendar (so that I can share it) but in an up-to-date manner. I can import the file once into the calendar but it will not be updated. I can also share the .ics file itself via a public link but it will not have the webcal format (ending with .ics) that I need for display in another application.

Do you know of a solution to get around this problem?

PS: My Nextcloud is a small hosted instance that I do not administer myself.

I think it should work to subscribe in Nextcloud Calendar to a public link with an ics file.

Did you try that?

Yes. I don’t have any error messages, but no imports are visible…

Does anyone else have any ideas? This problem is really crippling me right now…
