Hello, I am curious if it is necessary to create datasets “app data” “html” and “postgress data” or let Nextcloud create them automatically, when there is a note in installation wizard which says
"Do not select DEPRECATED: Old Storage Structure if you are deploying Nextcloud for the first time as this slows down the installation and is unnecessary. If you are upgrading where your Nextcloud deployment in TrueNAS was a 1.x.x release, select this option.
But documentation on Truenas page says something like it is mandatory:
“Nextcloud requires three datasets: html for app data, data for user data, and postgres_data for the database data storage volume. Earlier versions of the Nextcloud app relied on four datasets. If upgrading with an existing deployment of this application, the installation wizard offers an option to migrate these to the new configuration.”
So I am confused. I already have Nextcloud installed but I am not sure if I did it properly although mobile up is working and also WebUi (after some struggling with redirecting to Scale WebUI, which I solved) because for future installation of other related apps to Nextcloud, accessing from the internet, port forwarding and other possible needs…I simply think that I should reinstall with these datasets created but I am not sure. Youtube videos are nice to watch, but none is with the latest Nextcloud versions, they all have version 2.x.x
Thanks
