Installing Next Cloud 14 got me some errors

Hey team,

I am getting below errors every second:
You are using a fallback implementation of the intl extension. Installing the native one is highly recommended instead. at /home/vsan/domains/cloud.vsan.si/public_html/3rdparty/patchwork/utf8/src/Patchwork/Utf8/Bootup/intl.php#18

And:
Some files have not passed the integrity check.

Also i am getting error :
The PHP OPcache is not properly configured.

I have installed nextcloud on top of virtualmin.

It seems i cannot fix any of those and tried everything i could find on this forums.

Yes, and i am getting that is already installed.
php-intl-5.4.16-45.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version

Is the problem that i am on PHP 5?

you need at least php 5.6, and you should soon go with php 7…
