Just curious:

Did you fill in a name and password in the appropriate fields?
The installer scripts don’t invent any for you.

Nope. I didn’t even set admin account or point database. It thown error at setup page.

i done a bit research what i found is there is a problem in nextcloud’s l10n module which handle language translation of nextcloud so i add following line in config.php
“default_language” => “en”,
“force_language” => “en”,

reboot my machine
and problem solved (I be able to point database and complete setup)

anyway, should i request this as a bug report?
i think what i just done is just a hotfix and not an appropriate fix.

That was my guess too and trying the setup in english would have been my advice too. Great that you solved it yourselve!

you should definitely do that, since it is very obviously a bug in the localization (l10n) part of the Thai translation. I would say this would be the right place:
