This error comes up if you tried to use the sample config as your actual config. That doesn’t come up without some manual steps being taken.

Please note that you are not trying to install an open source community, but a cloud system with app integration, etc.
If you search online, you will find thousands of tutorials on how to set up a NextCloud instance correctly and how to edit the config file.
