Install app onlyoffice-documentserver crashes on ubuntu

When installing the onlyoffice app, the install crashes:

I think the reason was a typo.

Deleting the package and reinstall it doesn’t work, I am still getting the same error.
Some help is needed :wink:

Have you created PostgreSQL database and user with default “onlyoffice” password following the instructions?

Yes,

I created the only office database and user as stated, but I don’t get a pop-up window as given in the installation manual.

Could you please submit a ticket at helpdesk.onlyoffice.com, just to speed up the process.
onlyoffice support team will require some additional info to reproduce/fix the issue.
