Infinite Login Loop 12.0.2 LEMP

I recently tried installing nextcloud 12.0.2 on a new home server using centos 7 and a LEMP stack. However after the fresh install, i cant seem to be able to login. Every time i login it just takes me back to the login page with the following url: https://cloud.mydomain.com/login?redirect_url=/apps/files/

I have also tried using nextcloud 11.3 which i have previously installed three times on other machines without problem, but the issue persists on this machine.

Software

  • nginx - version 1.12.1

I don’t understand what is wrong, I have installed nextcloud many times before without a problem but i dont know how to get around this one.

I’m a bit confused.

This looks like an inconsistency for me.

Yes i am sorry for those inconsistencies, i have fixed them on my server, however nothing as changed for my problem. I am sorry for the delayed reply, i did not have time to work on the server since then.

I would like to add that the nextcloud client is able to sync files and work perfectly with my nextcloud instance yet the web interface does not work.

just to be on the safe side - would you clean your browser-cache and re-try it?

That did not work either, the interface does not work on any machine i have tried (laptop, android phone, desktop, tablet, work computer)

sorry. was just an idea

just read this in another thread… maybe this would help you as well? HELP : Nextcloud 11 loop login

please read the whole thread… just in case

Yes the answer at this thread worked for me.
