The issue you are facing:
Infinite loading in home screen and some settings screens when logged in after installing a few apps (from the official store)

Steps to replicate it:
- Login to nextcloud
- See the dashboard but with infinite loading
- Try to press anything and it loads infinitely while still showing the dashboard
- Go to settings by copying link in a new tab it loads
- Press anything in settings infinite load again
