"Incorrect MySql/MariaDb database charset detected!"

Hi,

after updating to 12.0.0.29 i got the Message “Incorrect MySql/MariaDb database charset detected!” whenever i open the News application. I already updated the news application and disabled and enabled it on the commandline.
