I figured out that nextcloud is included in this nice comparison of caldav server providers:
but most item are greyed out and I do not feel knowledgeable enough to turn them to green…

Good point, I think it would indeed be worse to get the table updated.
As Nextcloud uses SabreDav as caldav backend, it should support the same items as SabreDav.
@georgehrke Do you know the function range of Nextcloud when it comes to " Comparison of CalDAV and CardDAV implementations" ?
