The issue you are facing:

I’ve upgraded from Nextcloud 11 to 12.0.1 using the web updater, since then the Files app shows inaccurate storage statistics (I’m using around 80gb, it shows about 700mb).
I’ve tried to rescan the files using “occ” (occ files:scan --all), but it didn’t change anything.

This is still an issue, do you have any suggestions? Surely there’s just a database entry to reset?

Yes it is, and it’s fixed with the latest update
