Impossible to add a 2nd account

Hello !

I’d like to add a 2nd account to my Nextcloud desktop client. Usually, when I click the little arrow (the one pointed by the orange arrow in the picture below) , there is a drop-down menu that allows to add accounts. But since several weeks, the drop-down menu doesn’t even appear, even after the recent update of the client.

What may be the problem ? Can I add accounts manually by editing a config file ?

Did you check nextcloud.log ?
What version of the desktop app?
= Check their github repo?
What version of nextcloud?
Did you update either recently or change anything?

Nextcloud version for the current synced account : 21.0.3
Desktop app version : 3.3.3.20210903. So updated last week.
And I didn’t make any change…

And I don’t know about the logs. What should I do ?

I had the problem my with earlier client versions (I think because of VFS). Regarding to Github simple updating might not fix the issues. you should completely uninstall the client, remove (client) db files and install the last version… hopefully this helps…

Logs should be located in /var/www/nextcloud or a similar location. See official admin documentation for more info.

I absolutely don’t know what happened, but it works now…
