Import of contacts with vcf version 2.1 fail

I exported my contacts from my nextcloud instance and imported it into my new one.
Unfortunately, some contacts would not import and there is no meaningful error message in the browser console.

I figured out that all contacts that failed to be imported had VERSION:2.1. However, simply changing these lines to VERSION:3.0 didn’t fix the problem.

Is there any way to convert this vcf file such that all contacts can be imported?

The strange thing is that it is a fresh export from nextcloud. How comes that the version differs between the contacts?

PRODID must only occur once per contact. After I removed duplicate PRODIDs (after renaming the version numbers), it worked. Strange again, because nextcloud exported the contacts like that.
