Imap Connect with Nextcloud

Hello Support Team,

I’m runnung Nextcloud on my own ubuntu server. Imap Account work perfectly with Thunderbird.

Trying zu connect Nextcloud with my account is not working.

my server is running on mail.bloedsack.de

is nextclound trying to connect to imap://mail.bloedsack.de:993
in this case i know the issue but i don’t now how to fix it

Hi @webcosmo

You can specify another port by clicking on “manual” when you setup you email account…

…and then either choose one of the predefined options for IMAP-Security (None/ SSL/TLS / STARTTLS) or enter the port manually in the corresponding input box…

The issue was imap server and nextcloud server running on same server.
server address must be 127.0.0.1

so the problem is solved
