If the server is offline and then reconnects, the mobile app doesn't seem to recognize new photo and videos

Twice now I found that if the server was offline or not reachable and I take photos during that time… when the connection gets re-established, then the auto upload doesn’t always detect any new photos or videos and requires manual upload.

Example:

Today the server was offline for a couple hours, in that time one of the iPhones took 10 photos from today.

Once the Server was back online, only 2 of the 10 photos synced. Then I had to manually upload.

Why does it seem to skip files?

It is very frustrating and makes it where I can’t trust it.

If I go out somewhere remote, take 1000 photos and return to a connection then I would expect 1000 photos synced automatically.

So having to check behind it and make sure nothing is missed is not sustainable.
