I want to use CDN to accelerate my website, but CDN does not support the WebDav communication protocol, is there any way to solve this problem?

CDNs are used to provide quicker access to distributed cached static resources. Resources which are accessible via WebDAV are dynamic and can change - this would cause more issues than it would solve.
What exactly do you want to achieve?
Just use it! I add cloudflare to cache data only as CDN, there is no passwords or other staff goes over it.
