# I plan to break my system.. why do you say I shouldn't?

The support of HAIC belongs on the Nextcloud instance. E.g. [MagentaCLOUD](https://cloud.telekom-dienste.de) and [Shadow Drive](https://shadow.tech/drive/) supports HAIC in Files and Photos.

But it seems that is more a problem of the previews. HEIC Previews are JPG 😉
