I installed MediaDC and cloud python API but when i run a task its stuck at pending, when i restart it, it says “Some error occurred while running Collector Task. Try again.”

My MediaDC have always worked great. Very nice and useful app, However at some point a few months ago, it stopped working and started giving me the same error. When I try to restart a task it tells me “Some error occurred while running Collector Task Try again”. I cannot find where to look in the logs for any more information of what actually is wrong. Everything else on Nextcloud functions well.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled MediaDC but still the same error.

I am running latest Nextcloud 27.1.4 and MediaDC version 0.3.7 on Ubuntu Server 22.04 with a normal Nextcloud install (not Snap or docker).

Any help would be appreciated!
