# I can't view preview images

In attachment the iOS and nextcloud version. I realized that I no longer see the image previews and to see them from my smartphone I have to download images in high resolution. I have corrected some reports from the nextcloud system regarding imagek for php 8.3 and svg but the problem remains. The system tells me that there is no error.

Hi, I apologize for filling out the form. I didn’t do anything I just updated on the Nextcloud version ([Nextcloud VM – T&M Hansson IT AB](https://www.hanssonit.se/nextcloud-vm/)) , even if as different users when logging in I always logged in to complete the configuration. However, the problem seems to me that it is only on tablets and smartphones, on the PC it works perfectly. Moreover, even when the defect was already present, I installed imagick and image -php . The version that will go and the 8.3 of php .

I have the same issue after upgrading to 31.0.04 but on iOS only. Android shows up good
