Unfortunately I don’t understand what you want to tell us. Can you please provide a step-by-step description what you’re doing and what you’re expecting IN DETAIL.
You can usually pre-define tags under Settings > Administration > Basic Settings > Collaboratie tags or you enter them as required, e.g. for a file or folder.
I have pre-defined the tag in the Settings> Administration> Basic Settings> Collaboratie tag.
But I can’t choose to tag that file or folder. The list says No Tags Found.
It could be that you created restricted tags (as on your first screenshot), but only administrator can use and see them.
Users can’t put restrictions on folders and files. Thank you very much.
