I can't search for documents

Hello!
I have a problem, when I try to search for a document by name in the search field it does not return any results. However when I try to search using the user “admin” it works normally.
Someone can help me out of kindness.
OS: Linux Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
Type of installation: Snap
Nextcloud version: 20.0.1 - 20.0.1.1
PHP Version: 7.4.11
Database: mysql 5.7.32
Webserver: Apache (fqm-fcgi)
