Does a curl to apps.nextcloud.com timeout or do you get any response? From your trace it seems you don’t even reach the server.
You can send me your IP privately, but I doubt I’ll find something to be honest.

How can I send you private message?

I saw the IP you posted before deletion. I checked our logs, there’s no entry for that IP in the last 2 days. It’s a bit weird, because you seem to be able to reach the datacenter just fine, and continue. Do you have the chance to try a different carrier (e.g. mobile connection via LTE or the like), to test it from there?

I can’t reach apps.nextcloud.com from my phone when I am on wi-fi. But when switch to LTE I can load apps.nextcloud.com just fine.

In tis case it is a local network problem, you should fix first.
