I can't delete files and folders

I can not delete any folder or file after having upgraded from version 11 to 13.
It also tells me that you can not do a code integrity check.

It’s in Spanish, but what it puts in the Screenshot is that, it can not perform a code integrity check and it does not let me delete files or folders.

Resolved

The problem was that the password of the LDAP connection had been changed, then originate that problem and everything caused error, although the LDAP does not intervene in the elimination once we have fixed the problem is solved.

It’s weird, but it works.
