I am experiencing discrepancies in user storage quotas in Nextcloud, where one user shows a limit of 93 GB instead of 100 GB, and the admin's attempt to set a 100 GB quota is incorrectly reflected as 107.4 GB.

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding some discrepancies I have observed with user storage quotas within our Nextcloud platform.

Currently, I have allocated a total storage capacity of 100 GB for all users. However, I have noticed that one user’s storage quota displays as 93 GB (e.g., 55 GB used out of 93 GB) instead of the intended limit of 100 GB. Interestingly, the quotas for other users within the same Nextcloud instance reflect the correct storage limit of 100 GB. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to address this inconsistency effectively.

Additionally, while managing the admin account, we attempted to set a storage quota limit for users at 100 GB, but the system is reflecting it as 107.4 GB. I would like to understand the reason behind this deviation as well.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response to help resolve these issues.
