Hundreds slashes in oc_filecache

Hello Dears,

Sys info: Nextcloud 18 , Ubuntu 20.04.

One User can see files which was deleted by him ealier but on filesystem i can’t see this files in /var/www/nextcloud/data/userx/files . I have done occ files:cleanup with result 0 files found., occ file:scan havent clean this problem. I have got in oc_filecache :

How does your oc_storages table look like? And the path to data folder in your config?

The user has any files in his folder? Something strange, some encoding etc. slashes in filenames?

Yes.

The name of folder include domek spaces and letters from PL lang (latin). But user doesn’t have got problems with encoding polish lang.On server site I can see corect enconding polish letters in file system.

And the user in question, can you check the full path of this document that seems to create the problem. It could be something with the path and the encoding, since it is a PDF perhaps as well with the preview generator.

You are on the latest release of NC 18 (Nextcloud server changelog (18.0.13))? Just in case it was fixed in the meantime.

I have tried:Delete from oc_filecache where path ilke ‘%files//%’;
Now problematic user can note see folders which are not in file system,It must be solution.Before i have tried Occ cleanup and scan but cleanup hasn’t done aby cleaning .If It comes about scan It hadnt seen any problems.Thank you tflidd for your assistance
