HTTP ERROR 500 after installing app for external storage

I tried to install the app for external storage from the apps in my admin page and I am getting now

This page isn’t working

scti.gr is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

in the apache log I am getting:

PHP Fatal error: Interface 'OCA\\Files_External\\Lib\\Config\\IBackendProvider' not found in /var/www/html/scti.gr/mycloud/apps/files_external_gdrive/lib/AppInfo/Application.php on line 32

What should I do?

I deleted the folder /apps/files_external_gdrive and the page is loading again right!
Is the app working well?

Nextcloud version : 14.0.3
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 16.04
Apache : Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
PHP version : PHP 7.0.32-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

I had the same HTTP ERROR 500 after installing Sharepoint Backend app. I deleted the folder /var/www/html/apps/sharepoint and everything worked again.

Nextcloud version: 15.0.2
OS: 16.04
Nginx: 1.14.0
PHP: 7.0.32-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
