Hi,
im from a hospital and we use groupfolder for each team. This is the best way to share data within a team and dont lose data with employee turnover. We even would need to share data between teams “not by a user”, but this is another topic. Most of the users are not IT experts and still have trouble using features from NC. information overflow i think.
Problem:
TeamA creates for a project a directory with 50 folders and 500 files. Needs to be in the groupfolder so it can be good archived later and within TeamA can everyone get involved even when the creator gets ill or whatever.
Now the project folder gets shared within other internal people and other teams. Also external people need to get involed.
Problems we have:
- How to share a external team of 5 people within the 50 folder structure only 48 folders and only 200 files? Some files are restricted to only internal users.

- my idea: tags perhaps? Lot of work and will this every teammember from TeamA figure out? Is this even possible?
- atm they created 2 folders “projectx_internal”, “projectx_external”. But now users need to search for data.
- the user who shared 500 critical folders from himself, from his teamfolder and from other users leave the hospital. how to solve this mess?
Would be cool i can catch some ideal how this could work best.
