How to upgrade rainloop from 5.0.2 to 5.0.5?

on my nextcloud 12.0.3 is rainloop version 5.0.2 runing.
How can have an upgrade to 5.0.5?

5.0.3 with Rainloop 1.11.3 is now released in the apps repository. I think this topic can be marked as solved.
