How to update NC13 -> 14 via snap refresh

Hi,
how can I upgrade NC13 to NC14 via snap?
When I do ‘snap refresh’ there are no updates available?

I think 13.0.6 is at the moment the latest stable version of nextcloud-snap.

You could however upgrade to a release candidate (which is not recommended by nextcloud-snap team):
