How to "snap-in" nextcloud to choose files/documents to save to?

I want to replace DropBox by my own NextCloud server because of limitations in the free version (a maximum of 3 different clients is now allowed). I don’t want to pay monthly for DropBox. So i decided to setup a NextCloud server. Well, i have one up and running now! I also installed the NextCloud App on my iPhone 6s Plus and can sync with my server.

When i want to save a file or document from my iPhone 6s Plus i can choose where it will be saved to: Messenger, e-Mail, Facebook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Wetransfer, Firefox, Echofon, Evernote, HP-ePrint, DropBox etc., but NOT to NextCloud! The icon is missing in this range. Is there a way to get this fixed or is there simply no NextCloud-integration?

Which iOS app version are you using?

The integration has been introduced a long time ago.
Have you checked the dots and see if Nextcloud is available but not active?

My version is Nextcloud for iOS 2.23.8.30. I don’t understanding what you exactly mean with “dots”.

Ah, I looked already there, but Nextcoud is not in the list. Have no idea why…

I don’t know how, but out of the Blue the NextCloud icon is now in the list, so I can save documents and attachments to NextCloud. Happy!!!
