How to share files to non-nextcloud users

hey Gents

I found problems when I sharing my files to friend who dont have a nextcould account and they are requested to log in.

I double checked it and found the share function only creats a link leads to user who are authorized to access to the file.

here are the question ,how to make a public share link so that I can share it to anyone?
btw ,there is “link” item in the share page ,which looks like it is the thing I am looking for ,however I cant clink it or creat a link by that

Unless you create an internal link, everyone can access a shared file or directory.

you just have to paste the link after creat it
You can click on " …" to edit the share link permission
maybe you have to go in the admin section to active shares
