Is it safe to follow this instruction to set up a Kodi database in parallel to NC?
I have no experience with databses and have no idea how that could impair the NC install.
Where should I pay attention when setting up Kodi, respectively when Kodi is setting up its database?
yeah it should be.
MySQL is only the DataBase Server.
The Kodi will only read and write stuff in its “Kodi” Database.
Shouldnt be a problem.
