How to personalize the serverinfo page?

There is a way to personalize the /index.php/settings/admin/serverinfo page?

Now i can see only logged users on last 5 minutes, last hour and last day
I’d like see day by day the history of connection in the last mounth (or more… )

and what about the cpu load/mem usage? how can i see what happened last night?

If you want to monitor your system, you can have a look at munin which provides a lot of information.

If it is only a further option, the fixes shouldn’t be hard, so you can try to make a pull request yourself.
