Hey guys,
I have a client who is testing nextcloud for himself and only his subordinates. When he creates a new user, he has to set an initial password and send it to his employee, which seems counter intuitive and not very secure.
He also can’t use the registration App, because he wants only his employees to be able to register, but in the nature of the app accepting only mail domains and not single addresses, the whole organization would be able to register.
Ideally my client creates a new user (including username and email address) and then the user receives an email which enables him to set his own password.
I also can’t turn on the “vadlidation by admin needed” in the registration app, because I am the administrator. My client notifying me about all the users that can register and me loging in, accepting all of them, also does not seem very efficient.
Is there a solution to the problem that I am missing?
Thank you in advance
