How to install TURN server on Centos 8

I need to install coturn turn server

Its in the “epel” repository. So run dnf install epel-release, then dnf --enablerepo="epel" install coturn

But can’t get it work on the NextCloud Talk.
Says no ice candidate

I know it refers to ubuntu, but with a bit of understanding of what’s going on, it can be applied to centos8 as well. There’s a few packages where you need to build the rpm’s from source, but it is all doable.
