Its in the “epel” repository. So run dnf install epel-release, then dnf --enablerepo="epel" install coturn

But can’t get it work on the NextCloud Talk.
Says no ice candidate

Try following this to set up the HPBE for best performance on Talk: How to Install Nextcloud Talk High Performance Backend with Stun/Turnserver on Ubuntu – Markus' Blog

I know it refers to ubuntu, but with a bit of understanding of what’s going on, it can be applied to centos8 as well. There’s a few packages where you need to build the rpm’s from source, but it is all doable.

i just got my vps refresh from fresh OS.
I can’t afford to have another refresh if this will not work
