Okay but it doesnât say if I get credited for the current plan Iâm on if I want to increase my storage. I currently have the 50 GB plan, if I go to the 100 or 500 GB plans will what I have spent already on the 50 GB plan get credited to one of those plans? Or will I be charged the full amount ?
Havenât they responded to you yet? Iâll ping em again.
Basicly itâs an automated system for renewals and they offer you the upgraded subscription instantly and compensate by shorten the period based on what you paid.
They did reply after I sent the response to you.
They sent this:
Your current subscription is 50GB. Youâll find pricing for upgrades
here: Consumer subscriptions, flexible & shareable | The Good Cloud
What we normally do is calculate the difference in cost between the
current and desired subscription, and adjust the enddate of your
current subscription to match the extra cost.
