Hi all,
I am using nextcloud for the first time and am trying to set up a small collaboration project of 4 users. Needed features are:
- Shared data
- Shared deck
- Shared calendar
What I did is:
- create one admin user
- create 4 users (including myself)
- create a group under the admin user and included the 4 users
- create a team-folder under the admin user by the according app and assigned it to the group (works fine)
- create a deck under my user and shared it with the group (works fine)
- create a calendar under my user and shared it with the group (not ok, calendar was not visible for group members)
- create a team under my user and made the group the only member
- shared the calendar with the team (works fine, calendar is visible for team-members)
- create a meeting and invited team (not ok, calendar was not visible for team-members)
- invites team-members personally (works fine)
My questions are:
- Is there some smarter way to handle shared items?
- What kind of cluster-item can I use to invite all users? Maybe a contact-list will fit, but that would be private item. I might share it with the group or the team, but all that somehow feels like being trapped in a fractal word of clustering layers…
Thx in advance
Thomas.
