The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

Output errors in nextcloud.log in /var/www/ or as admin user in top right menu, filtering for errors. Use a pastebin service if necessary.

In the Nextcloud folder, if you make a right click on the file/folder, you normally have Nextcloud in the context menu and there you have the sharing options as well.
In Win11, it might be a bit different and you need to click on something like show all options first.
