How to fix Nextcloud Office error message

Hello,

I have a Qnap TS-253e NAS with the latest version of QTS.

I installed Nextcloud 30.4 with Letsenceypt and Apache and Php 8.2 and MariaDB 10.

It works fine but when I configure Nextcloud Office with the integrated Collabora Online Development Edition server, I have this error message:

Failed to connect to the remote server: Client error: `GET https://xxxx.xxxx.xxx:1234/apps/richdocumentscode/proxy.php?req=/hosting/discovery` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response: <html><body> <h1>Socket proxy error</h1> <p>Error: no_fontconfig</p> </body></html>

What can I do to stop having this error message?

You can either uninstall it or address the missing requirement.

But without more information (such as that requested by the support template) about how you have Nextcloud installed, it’s impossible to be of further help. One approach would be to run Nextcloud in a container, with all of the requirements. There are other approaches.
