Where would I look to find out what files could not be synced? Is there a log file or some other way to find this out?
You can try the logfiles:
If you have the virtual file system, you might see the icons (red/green/blue) to indicate if the files have a problem, they are ok or if they are about to be synced.
The server log file might be another location, in case the client does a lot of operations that are rejected by the server (wrong credentials, no access to folders, database problems).

The sync error could actually be attributed to the dreaded metadata sedtup error introduced in version 4.7 (?)
After upgrading the client to 33. the warning went away.
The text “See below for errors” is not very helpful (or even wrong?) in this case.
