How to create m3u file of shared music folder?

I have public shared a folder with mp3 files of my NC instance.

How can i create a m3u file with the playlist of that folder to play it with Winamp or VLC?

she share screen uses the stock Nextcloud player.
this is based on the webdav link of the selected file. I am not sure if Winamp/VLC can handle webdav?

Iā€™m not shure too, but with the m3u export feature enabled Nextcloud could act as a simple webradio server, like http://anetstation.com/
