How to change character length limit in the comment?

Nextcloud version _18.0.0
Operating system and version _Ubuntu 18.04
Apache
PHP version _7.2)

How can i change characters length limit in Comments? I need to add longer comments

The values were hardcoded from the start (for the backend and the frontend). The front-end will have to be recompiled by webpack.

Obviously you’ll need to do that for each update, better to rethink the way you’re using comments. Nextcloud Files rich workplaces option maybe something you’re looking for.
