How to block mp3 or mp4

sorry but im not familiar with this command /^application\/(zip|x-zip-compressed)$/i
zip changed to mp3 and x-zip-compressed changed to x-mpeg-3 but nothing happened

Can i know exact command for blocking of mp3 or mp4
