How to backup to nas

Hi
thank you for this great nextcloud,i have one question i want backup next cloud to my Qnap NAS at home,there is some script to this or method that i can make it to be automatic process.

Hi,
first mount your nas to nextcloud or to your system:
Excursion: Mount your NAS to Nextcloud
Second:
09. Backup Nextcloud and oDroid eMMC
Afterwards it’s up to you wether to backup locally or to your nas. Just adjust the path in the backup.sh.
