How to avoid syncing of .git folders?

Hi,

I’m trying to avoid syncing of .git folders with no success.

I’m using nextcloud-destkop, v.3.11.0 in Unbuntu 24.04.

I’ve added the following patters using the GUI Editor for ignored files but the system still synchorize them:
*/.git/
/.git/

I don’t want to disable the option to sync hidden files because there’re other hidden files I want to sync.

Any suggestion?
